How to Use the Ads Dashboard

The Ads section (specifically the All Generated Ads hub) is your primary canvas for reviewing, filtering, modifying, and launching your creative variations. You can view creatives that are still generating (IN PROGRESS) alongside finalized variations that are fully prepared for deployment (READY FOR LAUNCH).

1. Organizing Your Dashboard

The top utility bar features tools to isolate specific styles, dimensions, or production statuses across large catalog inventories.

  • Format Filter Dropdown: Toggle your master view by clicking the Format button to narrow your grid down to only Image assets, Video variations, or view All Ads concurrently.
  • Advanced Filter Popover: Click the filter icon to isolate creative batches using structural dropdown nodes — Batch Date (creatives built during a specific generation run), Status (group items by lifecycle state, e.g. In Progress vs. Ready for Launch), and Tags (sort assets by custom labels assigned during creation).

2. Using the Creative Context Menu

Hovering over any individual ad card and clicking the three horizontal dots (…) in the top-right corner reveals a comprehensive operations menu split into three strategic layers.

A. Tools (Asset Transformation)

  • Copy & Resize: Duplicate the layout and transform its dimensions to fit alternative channel specs (e.g. adapting square ratios to vertical 9:16 story frames).
  • Turn to Video: Transform static image graphics into dynamic video motions.
  • More Like This Ad: Instruct the generation engine to treat this layout as a baseline anchor and spin up similar algorithmic design iterations.
  • Download: Export the raw asset directly to your local drive.

B. Editing Channels

  • Edit with Prompts (EASY): Adjust text messaging, object colors, or thematic styling using simple natural-language text inputs.
  • Edit Layers (PRO): Open an advanced design workbench to manually control individual canvas blocks, masking layouts, text typography boxes, and exact positioning grids.

C. Options & Approvals

  • Management Functions: Quick utilities to Rename, Duplicate, Upload edit, or Delete the specified card asset from your current view.
  • Get Creative Help: Flag the file for human designer intervention or collaborative layout troubleshooting.
  • Request Approval: Forward the finalized iteration to team managers or client workspaces for sign-off prior to live budgeting.

3. Deploying Campaigns

Once your configurations are fully optimized:

1

Select the approved items using the checkbox toggles on individual cards.

2

Click the high-visibility purple Launch Ads button in the top header. This pushes your finalized variations directly to your active ad accounts.

4. Navigating the Creative Asset Workspace Tabs

The right-side configuration panel features four strategic workspace tabs that give you comprehensive control over your asset's lifecycle, team feedback, and predictive performance data.

  • Edit Ad Tab: Houses your core conversational AI chat history thread. This is where you input natural-language text commands to dynamically add, remove, or replace graphic elements, copy text, or background scenes.
  • Comments Tab: Opens a collaborative communications channel for internal teammates, managers, or external clients to leave feedback directly on the creative variant. If no reviews have been submitted, it shows a clean "No comment yet" placeholder state.
  • Ad Score Tab: Runs an automated performance audit that calculates projected engagement metrics and measures the asset against your corporate profile to verify brand accuracy, delivering a targeted list of layout recommendations and specific visual areas to improve.
  • Get Creative Expert Tab: Lets you scale your brand presence by partnering with a dedicated marketing and creative expert directly through the platform to help design, launch, and optimize your overall campaign performance.

Image Generation & Editing

How to Generate & Edit Image Ads

Omneky's image generation engine transforms a single product photograph into photorealistic, high-converting ad layouts across multiple dimensions simultaneously. Feed your product catalog to the AI to place items into new settings, apply on-brand colors, and layer text copy automatically.

How to Generate Image Ads

1. Initiating Image Generation

You can kick off a static image creation run from three primary entry points across your workspace:

  • From the Home Page Dropdown: On the main Home dashboard, click the format style dropdown to open the Select Generation Style modal. Under the Image Ad category, select Static Image Ad.
  • From the Products Dashboard: Navigate to the Products section, select the desired item, and click the Generate Ad using this Product button.
  • From the Agent Hub: Open a conversation window and click the "Make a static image ad" quick-start card under the Generate panel.

2. Setting Your Creative Direction

Once the static workspace widget opens, you can configure your prompt properties and overlay rules.

A. Ad Concept Background Prompt

  • Concept Prompt Input: Enter your specific setting details, layout styles, and theme parameters into the "Ad Concept" box.
  • AI Suggestions: Click the purple Ad Suggestions menu button in the top-right to view pre-built, behavior-driven concepts. Clicking a suggestion automatically populates the text field.

B. Overlay Ad Text Configuration — toggle the "Compose specific ad text" switch to expand your typographical entry fields:

  • Headline & Body Text: Supply the core marketing messaging hooks you want stamped on the layout.
  • Call-to-Action (CTA): Provide an optional CTA phrase (e.g. "Shop Now" or "Learn More").
  • Meta Properties: Input custom text for Product Price, Offer Text (e.g. "Save up to 15%"), and Annotation Text for localized disclaimers.

3. Connecting Product Source Files & Reference Assets

To populate the layout frames with your storefront photography, interact with the media placeholder tiles.

1

Open the Product Picker: Click the + Product card to open the centralized catalog module. You can query stored inventory, paste a live product website link, or use the Upload Manually tool.

2

Select a Reference Image (Optional): Click the + Reference Image tile and choose Upload New. The AI analyzes the photo's lighting, framework, and camera composition to use as a visual inspiration guide.

3

Choose Your Image Assets & Generation Mode: Check the boxes over the exact product shots you want on the canvas. For multiple shots, choose Separate Ads (each image → its own ad) or Combine (all images → one ad), then click the purple Select button.

4. Tuning Output Specs & Launching Rendering

Use the bottom dropdown bars to set formatting controls before finalizing production:

  • Aspect Ratio: Set the crop geometry (1:1 Square, Portrait like 4:5 or 9:16, or Landscape).
  • Variants Allocation: Declare how many design alternatives to construct simultaneously (1, 2, or 3 Variants).
  • Resolution Engine: Toggle rendering between standard HD or 4K definition.
  • Text & Logo Visibility: Fine-tune with Ad With Text / Ad Without Text and Ad With Logo / Ad Without Logo switches.
Executing the generation run

The purple trigger panel indicates the total token volume deducted for your batch (e.g. Generate | 15 token coins). Click the purple Generate button — the canvas closes and your fresh image batches begin processing in the main Ads dashboard tab.

How to Edit Ads with Prompts (Easy Mode)

The Edit with Prompts workspace lets you tweak, rewrite, or totally redesign an existing ad variation using simple natural language — no layers or timeline keyframes required. You simply tell the AI editor what to add, remove, or change.

1. Entering the Prompt Workspace

1

Navigate to the Ads dashboard tab.

2

Hover over your chosen ad card and click the three horizontal dots (…) in the top-right corner.

3

Under the Editing sub-header, click Edit with Prompts.

2. Navigating the Chat Editor Layout

  • The Canvas Area: Displays the exact visual structure of your selected layout variation.
  • The Edit History Thread: Tracks every text prompt you submit over time and marks older versions so you can see how your design evolved.
  • The Interaction Bar: The bottom-right text bar reads "Describe what you want to add, Remove, or Replace".

3. Prompting for Visual Adjustments

Talk to the editor exactly like a human graphic designer. Input your instructions into the bottom text bar and press enter. Example prompts: "Change the background to only blue buildings." or "Make product bigger".

Managing version control

Every processed prompt generates a fresh version tag in the chat logs. The green Latest Version badge marks the most current iteration. To roll back, hover over any previous step and click View to check an older version or Restore to instantly revert your live canvas.

4. Top Utility Options

  • Upscale to 4K: Instantly increases the image to ultra-high-definition resolution before export.
  • Open in Editor: Transitions the file out of Prompt Mode into the advanced layer editor workbench.
  • Generate Video: Converts your static layout into a motion video asset.
  • Generate More Like This: Treats this version as an anchor style and spins up a fresh batch of similar variants.
  • Resize: Duplicates the layout and shifts its geometry to alternative aspect ratios.

Editing Ads with the Advanced Layer Editor (Pro Mode)

The Advanced Layer Editor transitions your workspace from simple chat instructions into a full design studio. When you click Open in Editor, the system isolates every graphic layer, background image, bounding container, and text element for pixel-perfect manual refinement.

1. The Three-Panel Editor Layout

  • The Left Asset Dock: Houses your creative inventory libraries — Image Libraries, Text formatting frames, vector Shapes, brand Stickers, quick Resize canvases, and your raw file Upload portal.
  • The Central Interactive Canvas: Your active workspace grid. Selecting any item pulls up an immediate floating quick-actions bar directly over the asset boundary.
  • The Right Element Properties Panel: Updates dynamically based on the selected layer, revealing depth, dimensions, opacity, and layout properties for that isolated block.

2. The Floating Quick-Action Bar

When you click a layer (such as a product image or lifestyle graphic) in the central viewport, a shortcut row appears over the asset:

  • Replace: Hot-swap the selected asset while preserving its exact bounding box coordinates and sizing.
  • Crop: Alter the internal framing lines of the individual image cutout.
  • Adjustments & Filter: Modify color manually (brightness, contrast, saturation) or apply professional overlay styles.
  • Blur & Opacity: Soften hard asset borders or scale transparency values.
  • Effect Dropdown: Add drop shadows, borders, or color-isolation effects.
  • Position Dropdown: Manage layer ordering — move elements forward or backward in the design stack.

3. The Element Properties Panel

  • Layer Alignment: Align selected elements to the left, right, center, top, or bottom of the master canvas.
  • Rotate & Flip: Dial in an exact rotation degree or mirror an element horizontally or vertically.
  • Opacity Slider: Fine-tune transparency precisely from 0% to 100%.
  • Transform Toggle: Expand manual entries for X/Y position, pixel height, and width.
  • Image Fit Selector: Control how photography rests within its container using contain, cover, fill, or none.
  • Animation Nodes (video formats): Map motion paths with In states (Pop, Slide Bounce, Wipe, Tumble), Out exit transitions, and continuous Loop motions.

4. The Bottom Canvas Utility Toolbar

  • Zoom Controls: Use the magnifying glass icons (- / +) or percentage indicator to adjust magnification; the expand icon snaps the layout to fit your screen.
  • Ruler / Measurement Tool: Toggle scale markings around the canvas borders for layout validation.
  • Grid Guidelines: Open the composition helper for Safe area (keeps critical elements clear of platform UI overlays), Rule of thirds (a 3×3 balance grid), and Aspect-ratio frame (preview 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, or 16:9 without altering the master canvas).

5. Inline Element Actions

Clicking a grouped frame, layer box, or text box reveals a white shortcut capsule beside the element:

  • Rotation Handle: Grab the purple circular-arrow node to rotate the element to any angle.
  • Bring forward / Send backward: Move the selected asset up or down one level in the canvas stack.
  • Duplicate: Clone the element with all its styling properties.
  • Delete: Strip the element from the canvas.
  • More Actions (…): Flip horizontal / vertical, plus Copy element (⌘C) and Paste element (⌘V).
Video Generation

How to Generate Video Ads

Omneky's video generation engine turns your static catalog elements into engaging motion assets. From the Select Generation Style modal on your Home dashboard, choose one of three formats — Product Animation, Ad Commercial, or Clone Video — based on your creative goals.

1. Selecting Your Video Style

Product Animation

  • Core function: Turn static product images into animated videos with subtle motion, transitions, and attention-grabbing effects.
  • Best for: Rapidly transforming e-commerce product shots into dynamic catalog loops without raw video footage.

Ad Commercial

  • Core function: Create a high-impact, multi-scene video with strong hooks and visual storytelling.
  • Best for: Full social campaigns that need a traditional commercial structured around narrative pacing and dynamic scenes.

Clone Video

  • Core function: Use a reference video as inspiration to recreate its style, structure, or pacing, adapted to your product and brand guidelines.
  • Best for: Replicating viral trend frameworks or successful legacy ad styles using your own inventory.

2. Product Animation Workflow

The Product Animation widget turns static product shots into fluid, short-form motion loops by specifying environment parameters, movement paths, and lighting themes.

Environmental Prompting & Background Styles

  • Describe Product Environment: Enter backdrop criteria into the "Describe where and how your product should appear" box (e.g. "Skincare bottle on a bathroom counter, warm sunlight, clean luxury aesthetic").
  • Image Style Presets: Click the Image Style menu to apply a preset aesthetic instead of typing it — Auto Match, Studio, Outdoor Nature, Urban City, Luxury, Beach, or Indoor Home.

Motion Presets & Technical Specs

Click the centered Product Animation preview to open the motion-path selector:

  • Zoom In / Zoom Out: Linear camera dolly moving closer to or farther from the centered asset.
  • Orbit: A sweeping cinematic 360° rotation around the product center point.
  • Subtle Drift / Static Ambient: Micro-movements, organic drift, or slow lighting shimmers while the item stays anchored.
  • Or Write Your Own: Type personalized camera behaviors (e.g. "Spin the shoe slowly to show all sides").

Canvas Properties & Asset Binding

  • Aspect Ratio: Set vertical 9:16 (Reels, TikTok, Stories) or landscape 16:9.
  • Audio: Toggle With Sound / Without Sound.
  • Product Picker: Click the + Product tile to load items — paste a link, choose from your library, or Upload Manually.
  • Token Cost: Review the deduction in the execution tile (e.g. Generate | 10 tokens), then click the purple panel to queue the asset.

3. Ad Commercial Workflow

The Ad Commercial tool generates a full multi-scene campaign with high-impact hooks, structured scripts, custom locations, and photorealistic digital spokespersons.

Narrative Frameworks & Marketing Hooks

  • Describe the Ad: Enter your campaign goals in the "Describe what happens in the ad (optional)" box. The platform turns this into a structured commercial script and voiceover.
  • Hook Dropdown: Pick a pre-packaged framework — Problem / Solution (surface a pain point, then your fix), Unboxing (organic unpack-and-review), or Direct Offer / Promotion (lead with a discount or value prop).

Activating a Digital Spokesperson

  • Choose Your AI Presenter: Click the + Avatar tile and filter ambassadors by look, demographic, or clothing style (Casual, Corporate, Fitness, and more).
  • Preview Behaviors: Selecting a model previews its posture and expressions before locking it onto the frame. See the Avatar Videos guide for building custom presenters.

Defining Background Settings

  • Upload Location Image: Click Add Location and upload a reference image showing the scene where the commercial should take place.
Composition safety

Avoid uploading scene images containing posters, hoardings, signs, or highly visible text — text elements may appear distorted or unreadable in generated videos.

Setting Formats & Generating

  • Aspect Ratio: Toggle portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9).
  • Duration: Define the timeline runtime (e.g. 12 sec or 15 sec).
  • Compilation Cost: Review the deduction (e.g. Generate | 30 tokens) and click the purple Generate button to begin compiling.

4. Clone Video Workflow

The Clone Video tool analyzes a reference video's composition, pacing, transitions, and audio, letting you replicate its structure using your own product catalog.

Supplying the Reference Video & Product Assets

  • + Reference Video: Upload a source clip (a viral TikTok, Reel, or high-performing ad) to serve as the blueprint.
  • + Product: Load items from your inventory — the system extracts clean product cutouts and swaps them into the video structure in place of the original items.

Configuring Output Specifications

  • Aspect Ratio: Portrait (TikTok, Reels, Stories), Landscape (desktop, widescreen), or Square (1:1 feed carousels).
  • Audio: Choose With Sound to copy audio parameters or Without Sound to run muted.

The Guided Cloning Sequence

Once your source video, product, and avatar are connected, the primary trigger launches an interactive optimization dialogue inside the Clone Ad modal:

  • Contextual Analysis Chat: A 3-question diagnostic sequence aligns the reference style with your catalog data.
  • Smart Adaptation Prompts: The platform flags clashes between the reference and your assets (e.g. the reference is set in a clothing store but your product is a dog toy).
  • Option-Based Selection: Instead of typing, click from curated contextual options that update how the engine handles backgrounds, transitions, and actor movement.
  • Complexity Tracking: Because this handles deep multi-scene re-mapping, watch the token price node (e.g. Generate | 130 tokens), then click the purple button to render.
Avatar Videos

How to Generate AI Avatar Videos

The Avatar Video generator creates custom, spokesperson-driven ad content from scratch. Write a performance script, pick or train a digital actor, map physical gestures, and render realistic UGC-style videos — including versions that feature your products or two presenters at once.

  • Additional Details Prompt: Add textual descriptions for precise traits (e.g. "avatar in Central Park New York wearing a watch"), then click Generate Avatar to save.

3. Fine-Tuning Voice & Physical Gestures

  • Avatar Movement Toggle: Switch this on to reveal the behavioral prompt field, then direct the speaker's acting (e.g. "gesturing thumbs up" or "saluting").
  • Frame Constraints: Output landscape 16:9, portrait 9:16, or square 1:1.
  • Choose Voice: Click Select Voice to filter by Language & Accent (e.g. English with an American or British cadence) and audition vocal profiles with described use cases (e.g. Roger — warm and natural; Jay Johnson — fun commercial VO; Maria — captivating storyteller).

4. Token Cost & Launching

1

Review the production balance in the violet trigger module (e.g. Generate | 15 tokens).

2

Click the purple Generate button to dispatch your spokesperson layout to the Ads dashboard for processing.

5. Avatar with Product Workflow

The Avatar with Product generator features specific items from your catalog alongside the presenter, rendering UGC-style content with explicit product highlights.

Product Interactions & Scripts

  • Product Interaction Prompt: Describe how the presenter handles the item (e.g. "Holding a cup in his hand" or "Holding up product container").
  • Avatar Script & Modifiers: Enter dialogue and parenthetical emotional cues just as in the standard workflow, or use Script Suggestions.

Binding Product Source Files

  • + Product: Open your repository tray to select a product, paste a storefront link, or Upload Manually. The engine cleans and optimizes the cutout to display dynamically beside your actor. Configure the item in Products first so it appears in the picker.

6. Multi-Avatar Video Workflow

The Multi-Avatar suite coordinates exactly two presenters on one canvas to converse, react, and interact — simulating interviews, product debates, or dual-spokesperson UGC.

Initial Script Conceptualization

  • General Script Prompt: Describe the overarching narrative or copy goals for the two-person ad — no speaker codes required.
  • Script Suggestions: Pull AI templates structured for two-person scenarios.
  • Media Binding: Click the two + Avatar slots to assign your presenters, then set frame formats and voices.

Managing the Multi-Avatar Script Editor

  • Line-by-Line Breakdown: The platform parses your description into chronological blocks (Dialogue 1, Dialogue 2, Dialogue 3).
  • Speaker Assignment: Use the dropdown next to each block to reassign a line between Avatar 1 and Avatar 2.
  • Inline Refinement: Click inside any dialogue box to edit lines and balance conversational flow.
  • Delete a Segment: Click the trash icon on a dialogue row to remove that block.
  • Regenerate Script: Click Regenerate script (lower-left) to scrub the timeline and generate a fresh conversation.

Token Verification & Final Render

  • Verify Pricing: Review the deduction in the bottom-right module (e.g. Generate | 45 tokens).
  • Launch: Click the purple Generate panel to lock in the script blocks and begin processing your dual-presenter video.
Video Editor

How to Use the Video Editor

The Video Editor is a full timeline studio for refining any generated video. Open a clip from your Ads dashboard, then trim, crop, color-grade, layer assets, add captions and music, or make structural changes with natural-language AI commands.

  • Ruler: Toggle on-screen pixel rulers along the left and top margins for precise placement.
  • Grid (Guides & Safe Zones): Enable a Safe Area overlay with a custom Margin slider (e.g. 3%), a Rule of Thirds grid, and Aspect-Ratio Frame presets (Off, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) to preview other orientations without changing your project.

4. Edit with AI (Right Sidebar)

A conversational workspace on the right applies complex edits and structural changes with natural language.

  • Tab Selection: Switch between Edit this Clip (AI instructions) and Comments (team feedback).
  • Instruction Input: Type prompts like "Change the background to mountains, remove the crowd, or make the person wear the attached shirt".
  • Add Asset References (+): Attach an uploaded image, a stock or custom Avatar, or a clean product cutout to guide your prompt.
Select a clip before editing

To execute an action you must first select a video clip on the lower track timeline. If none is selected, the input field locks and shows an orange banner: "Select a video clip in the timeline you want to edit".

5. Creative Asset & Settings Hub (Left Sidebar)

The vertical toolbar on the far left is your asset ingestion and configuration hub. Each tab expands a dedicated drawer.

  • Video: Browse and play generated clips; Add to Timeline inserts a clip as a new scene, Add as layer stacks it for picture-in-picture overlays.
  • Image: Overlay static brand assets, generated backdrops, or product cutouts.
  • Text: Insert headline, subheadline, or body text layers with adjustable fonts, sizing, and brand colors.
  • Shape: Add vector rectangles, circles, arrows, or lines for backgrounds, banners, and framing.
  • Captions: Auto-transcribe the audio track into styled, synchronized open captions.
  • Music: Layer royalty-free background tracks to match your ad's tone.

  • Resize: Scale the global output — exact pixel Width/Height or channel presets like 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9.
  • Upload: Drag and drop local video, graphics, logos, or voice tracks straight into the editor.
Agent / Chat

How to Use Agent / Chat

The Agent is your built-in AI marketing assistant. It works like other conversational AI platforms, letting you interact with your workspace data through natural language — ask questions, pull performance metrics, generate creative concepts, and analyze trends without navigating spreadsheets or design folders.

Part 1: Interacting with the Chat Engine

The central workspace is an interactive conversation canvas for rapid troubleshooting, brainstorming, and analytics tracking.

1. Navigating the Inputs

  • Main Input Box: Type your questions or commands naturally into the "Ask anything" text area.
  • Media Uploads: Use the paperclip attachment icon to feed visual assets to the AI for feedback, layout critiques, or design inspiration.
  • Conversation History: The left sidebar tracks your Recents, automatically saving past threads so you can step back into a strategy session anytime.

2. Utilizing Quick-Start Action Cards

The main dashboard features four core action panels. Clicking any option automatically writes and executes a specialized prompt for you:

  • Analyze: Queries your data pipeline for deep-dive insights (e.g. Show campaign performance, Show ROAS trends, Check ad fatigue).
  • Generate: Directs the creative engine to execute asset creation (e.g. Make a static image ad, Create a product video, Draft a creative plan).
  • Launch: Moves from strategy into live deployment (e.g. Launch my ads, Create a retargeting campaign, Launch a Meta traffic campaign).
  • Brand: Reviews market positioning and competitor metrics (e.g. Who are our main competitors?, Summarize our brand positioning).

3. Reading Agent Outputs & Takeaways

When a prompt is executed, the Agent displays an interactive performance thread with three essential components:

  • Execution Steps: Transparent, real-time status checkmarks (e.g. Querying performance data) as it pulls metrics from your ad channels.
  • Performance Overviews: Custom tables detailing Spend, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, and CPC per campaign, alongside automated bar graphs.
  • Key Takeaways: Bulleted notes summarizing headline findings — budget distribution wins, efficiency leaders, and system warning alerts.

Part 2: Managing Your Agent Outputs

The sub-tabs on the left sidebar act as an automated filing cabinet, storing data logs generated exclusively through your chat interactions. General manual storefront uploads will not appear here.

1. The Assets Repository

Click Assets to manage creative drafts, strategies, or visual formats built by the AI.

  • Filtering Tools: Sort using category pills (Creative Plan, Creative Strategy, Creative Image, Table, etc.), search terms, custom tags, or creation dates.
  • Interacting with Images: Hover over an image card for a preview, or click Tap to view full screen. Use the top-right icons to expand, export, or download.
  • Identifiers: Each card logs critical tracking parameters, including its unique tracking job ID and an attribution stamp showing it was built by agent.

2. The Reports Repository

Click Reports to review deep-dive performance summaries requested during chat brainstorms. When you prompt the Agent to build a data summary, it compiles a structured master file and pushes it directly into this tab. Each tile displays the official name (e.g. Performance Overview — Last 30 Days), publication state (Draft), and total structure length (5 Sections).

Part 3: The Product Connectivity Rule

When instructing the Agent to write a creative plan or generate new ad styles, the workflow requires data from your product library. The chat thread will pause and prompt you to input target metrics via an automated prompt card:

1

Pick a Product to Continue: Select the exact catalog item you want to feature from the dropdown menu.

2

Who Should This Speak To?: Explicitly describe your audience segment (e.g. "Urban millennials who shop online").

3

Click Continue to return these parameters to the Agent and unlock the rest of your chat generation.

Critical rule

Because the Agent requires an active catalog item to advance, you must add and configure the item in the Products section first. If the item isn't in your catalog beforehand, it will not appear in the Agent's dropdown and you won't be able to progress the chat generation workflow.

Products

How to Use Products

The Products section is the marketing database for your e-commerce inventory. By creating detailed profiles for individual items — what you are promoting, your industry vertical, description, benefits, price, offer, target audience, and images — you give the AI engine the exact specifications it needs to autonomously script, design, and render highly targeted, conversion-oriented creatives with a single click.

1. Adding New Products

The Products section lets you build detailed profiles for individual inventory items. You can manually enter item details or use live scraping tools to pull product info instantly using web links.

The Import Options Modal

When you click the purple + Add New button at the top of the left sidebar, a pop-up asks: "How do you want to add a product?" You can select from three methods:

  • Import from URL: Paste a product page link and the system will pull the details for you.
  • Bulk Import from URL: Paste links for all your products and the system will sort, group, and pull individual product details for you.
  • Enter Manually: Manually enter all the product details yourself.

Step-by-Step: Importing via URL

1

Click the purple + Add New button.

2

Select either Import from URL or Bulk Import from URL.

3

Input your active storefront web link(s) into the Product URL text boxes (e.g. acme.com/product-name).

4

Click the purple Add Products button in the bottom-right corner.

5

The system crawls the web pages and loads the populated cards directly into your left product repository sidebar.

Why this matters

A configured product is required before you can generate creative from the Agent or the image generation workspace — the item must exist in your catalog to appear in the product picker.

Brand Management

How to Use Brand Management

The Brand Management page is where you establish your brand's visual identity. By configuring your profile, logos, color swatches, and typography, you teach the platform how to prioritize and apply your brand assets automatically across all your creatives.

1. Setting Up Your Brand Profile

The left sidebar contains your general brand identity information for platform reference.

1

Brand Name: Enter your official business or brand name.

2

Website: Input your primary domain URL (e.g. https://www.yourbrand.com).

3

Description: Provide a brief summary of your business, target audience, and key offerings.

4

Click the purple Save Changes button at the bottom of the sidebar to lock in your profile details.

Note

The brand description serves as an internal reference to keep track of your brand's positioning within the dashboard.

2. Managing Your Brand Logos

Uploading multiple logo variations ensures your branding looks clean on any ad layout, background, or color scheme.

How to Add a Logo

1

Click the + Add Logo button in the top-right corner of the Logos section.

2

A modal appears stating "Drag And Drop Your Files Here or Browse".

3

Drag your logo file into the box or browse your computer to upload it.

Supported logo formats

JPG, PNG, TIFF, and SVG. Transparent (PNG) and vector (SVG) formats are highly recommended for clean rendering on your creatives.

Setting a Primary Logo

  • What it means: The Primary tag tells the platform this is your main logo. The system defaults to this variation when auto-generating advertisements.
  • Secondary Options: Upload vertical, horizontal, or icon-only alternatives (e.g. black, white, and full-color versions) for when the primary logo doesn't fit the design background.
  • How to configure: Click any uploaded logo tile — a menu lets you select Make as Primary or Delete.

3. Configuring Color Swatches

Color tags play a vital role in ad automation by telling the platform exactly how to apply your palette to backgrounds, headings, and text accents.

1

Click the + Add Color button on the right side of the Color Swatches bar.

2

In the color picker modal, select your color visually (drag the selection circle and hue slider) or by typing a Hex code directly (e.g. #009790).

3

Click into the Color name field to give your swatch an internal label (like "Teal" or "Brand Orange").

4

Click the purple Done button to save the color.

5

Click the three vertical dots on your new color swatch tile to assign platform priority tags.

4. Managing Font Assets

Click the three vertical dots on any font card to access the management menu and assign semantic roles:

  • Make as Primary: Designates the typeface for main high-impact headlines.
  • Make as Secondary: Assigns the font for supporting subheaders and body copy.
  • Edit & Delete: Refine your selection or remove assets that no longer align with your brand.

5. Integrations & Appearance Settings

Connecting to Slack

Clicking the "Connect Slack" button lets your team manage, create, and approve ad assets directly within your daily communications channel:

  • Create Creatives via Chat: Request images, videos, UGC-style product videos, or ad copy straight inside a Slack channel and get results back in the thread.
  • Weekly Performance Recaps: Receive an automated Auto Ads report every Monday detailing top creatives, spend metrics, and optimization advice.
  • Real-time Performance Alerts: Stay updated instantly on budget pacing, creative fatigue, or performance spikes.
  • In-thread Approvals: Review new ad variations in your Slack channel and approve or request changes on the fly.
Privacy note

The platform will only post in the specific channels you authorize and will only respond when explicitly mentioned.

Workspace Interface Mode (Light vs. Dark)

  • Sun Icon (Light Mode): Switches the dashboard to a bright, crisp white interface for standard daytime work.
  • Moon Icon (Dark Mode): Shifts the workspace to a dark gray theme to reduce eye strain during late-night optimization sessions.
Insights

How to Use Creative Insights

Omneky's Insights dashboard closes the loop on creative testing by combining multi-channel ad performance (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Reddit) with AI-powered computer vision. Instead of tracking budgets in isolation, it isolates specific creative properties, tags, and enhancements to reveal which visual and textual attributes drive your KPIs.

1. Navigating the Omnichannel Dashboard

Multi-Campaign Filter Controls

  • Campaign & Ad Group Selectors: Isolate individual campaigns or ad groups.
  • Sort On Dropdown: Choose the primary metric — Spend, Purchases, Impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, or Clicks.
  • Date Range: Preset windows (Last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 Days) or a Custom Date Range.
  • Social Platforms: Connect or toggle Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and Reddit from the connector buttons.

Main Performance Cards

The dashboard surfaces headline metrics against the prior period — Spend, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Conversions, Conv. Rate, CPA, ROAS, and CPM — each with a period-over-period change indicator.

2. AI Creative Score & Analysis

  • AI Creative Score: A weighted circular gauge (e.g. 89 — Excellent) rates the health of your active creatives against platform performance standards.
  • What worked for you: Highlights high-efficiency setups across Channel, Strategy, Messaging, and Creative.
  • What did not work for you: Flags creative setups dragging down margins (e.g. video assets with a high cost per acquisition).

3. Best Performing Creatives Workspace

This section compiles your top 10 highest-performing ads with a customizable data-slicing engine.

Custom Metric Selector

  • Add Metric: Click + Add metric to select up to 5 active metrics — Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, Spend, or Thumbstops.
  • Priority Ordering: Each checked metric gets an index badge (1, 2, …) that sets the left-to-right column order; click Save to apply.

Display Format Modes

  • Grid View: Large thumbnail cards with a platform badge, the ad ID, and your 5 metrics stacked beneath, colored green (positive) or red (negative).
  • Table View: A spreadsheet-style list mapping Ad Creative (thumbnail + network) against each selected metric, with trends nested under the values.
  • Lag Report View: Tracks conversion latency across color-coded intervals (0-1, 1-2, 2-3, 3-7, 7-14, 14-21, 21-30 days) as a heatmap; darker green = high-activity clusters.

4. Creative Feature Analysis

  • Media Features That Influence Spend: Scans images and videos for visual object tags (e.g. "golden retriever" +9%) and on-screen copy (e.g. "organically grown herbs" +23%), showing predicted influence on spend.
  • Text Features That Influence Spend: Ranks Top Headline, Top Body, and Top CTA copy by their accumulated spend share.

5. Ad Enhancements: AI Generation Loop

The Ad Enhancements section turns your winning trends into automated design optimizations.

1

Click the purple Review button on an enhancement card (e.g. "Unlock 191% Lift with Price Hook") to open the Ad to be improved modal.

2

Toggle the AI recommendations to apply — tactic shifts, copy-tone adjustments, visual subject swaps, promo/offer badges, or CTA focus hooks.

3

Set the target Aspect Ratio, number of variations, and Ad Language, then click Generate Ad to queue the optimized variant.

6. Settings & Custom Thresholds

Click the gear icon (top-right) to open the configuration modal:

  • Metrics Selection: Toggle which metrics appear (Spend, Purchases, Impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, Clicks, ROAS, Leads) and drag to reorder them.
  • Dimensions Selection: Choose the dimensions used for computer-vision tagging — Channel, Campaign, Ad Group, Creative Type, Creative Orientation, Background Color, Persuasion Tactic, Writing Style, and Tone of Voice.
  • Confidence Threshold: Slide between Fewer Impressions (fast, early-stage data) and More Impressions (mathematically certain, high-budget verification).
  • Conversion Configuration: Map conversion metrics per platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok) for clean, standardized multi-channel comparison.

Under "What's Driving Performance," the computer-vision engine breaks creatives into structured attribute cards, each with a KPI performance list you can sort dynamically:

  • Creative Orientation: Square, Portrait, Landscape.
  • Background Color (Image): Dominant backdrop color (White, Blue, Brown, Orange, or N/A for video).
