The Omneky Slack app brings that platform directly into your Slack workspace — so your team can manage advertising without switching between tools.

The Omneky Slack integration solves this by making Slack the central hub for your advertising workflow. Once connected, the Omneky bot joins your chosen channels and responds to @Omneky mentions. Your team can request new ad creatives, pull live performance data, and approve or reject campaigns — all within Slack threads they're already monitoring.

Omneky → Slack (automated messages)
Omneky proactively sends messages to your authorized Slack channels: weekly performance reports every Monday, real-time alerts when campaigns need attention, and approval requests when new creatives are ready for review.
Slack → Omneky (on-demand commands)
Your team mentions @Omneky in any authorized channel to trigger actions: generate image or video ads, pull performance reports, view top-performing creatives, or create ad copy. The bot processes the request in Omneky's platform and replies in-thread.
Scoped to your brand
Everything the bot generates follows your brand guidelines, uses your approved assets, and references your campaign history. The integration is scoped to your Omneky brand workspace — it does not access other channels, DMs, or workspaces.

Omneky sends real-time alerts when it detects budget pacing issues, creative fatigue, or significant performance spikes or drops across your campaigns.
Approval Requests
When new ad creatives are generated and ready for review, Omneky posts them in your channel with approve/reject buttons for in-thread decision-making.
Campaign Status Updates
Omneky notifies your channel when campaigns are launched, paused, or when Auto Ads makes optimization changes to your running campaigns.

Configuring the Slack integration
Channel Selection
During setup, you choose which Slack channels Omneky can post in. The bot will only operate in these authorized channels — it has no access to other channels or DMs.
Notification Preferences
Control which types of automated messages you receive: weekly reports, performance alerts, approval requests, and campaign status updates. Toggle each on or off from Settings → Connections.
Brand Workspace Scope
The integration is scoped to your Omneky brand workspace. All generated creatives follow your brand guidelines, approved assets, and campaign history.
Disconnect Anytime
You can disconnect the Slack integration at any time from Settings → Connections in your Omneky dashboard. This immediately revokes all access.
How to install Omneky for Slack
Sign in to Omneky
Log in to your Omneky account at cgp.omneky.com. If you don't have one, start a free trial.
Open Connections
Go to Settings and select the Connections tab to view available integrations.
Click Connect Slack
Find Slack in the connections list and click "Connect" to authorize Omneky in your workspace. Select the channels you want Omneky to post in.
Start using Omneky
Mention @Omneky in any authorized channel to generate creatives, pull reports, or manage campaigns.
About AI-generated content
Omneky uses large language models (LLMs) including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to generate ad copy, creative concepts, and performance summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccurate or incomplete information. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. Omneky does not use your Slack workspace data to train AI models.
How we handle your data
Omneky only accesses the specific Slack channels you authorize. We do not read or store private messages, DMs, or data from unauthorized channels. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Data Collected
Channel messages where @Omneky is mentioned, workspace name and channel names for routing, and user display names for attribution in generated reports.
Data Usage
Messages mentioning @Omneky are processed to execute your requested commands (e.g., generating creatives, pulling reports). They are not used to train AI models.
Data Storage
Command requests are processed in real time and not stored beyond the session. Generated creatives and reports are stored in your Omneky brand workspace, not in Slack.
