How to Use the Asset Library

The Asset Library is your central hub for managing, organizing, and storing all your creative media. This guide walks you through uploading assets, creating folders, and managing your library efficiently.

1. Uploading Assets

You can upload individual files or entire folders directly into your Asset Library.

Click the purple Upload button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select either Upload File or Upload Folder from the dropdown menu.

Choose the files or folders from your local device to begin the upload.

Supported file formats

Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WEBP · Videos: MP4, MOV · Audio: MP3 · Design Files: PSD, PDF · Fonts: OTF, TTF, WOFF

2. Creating Folders

Keep your creative assets organized by grouping them into dedicated project or campaign folders.

Click the Folder + icon located in the top action bar.

Give your new folder a name and save it.

Your new folder will now appear at the top of your Asset Library grid.

3. Selecting and Managing Multiple Files

The Asset Library lets you select single or multiple files at once to move, download, or delete them.

Selecting Files

  • Select Manually: Click the Select icon (the box with the dropdown arrow) to choose specific files one by one.
  • Select All: Click the Select All icon (the dotted square) to instantly highlight every item on the page.

Action Bar Tools

Once files are selected, the action bar options light up from left to right:

  • Remove Background: Automatically cuts out the background of your images — ideal for prepping logos or product photos for image ads.
  • Rename: Change the name of a specific file (available when one item is selected).
  • Move: Transfer selected items into your custom folders.
  • Copy: Duplicate assets within your library.
  • Download: Save the selected items to your local device.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the selected items from your library.

4. Searching, Sorting, and Changing Views

  • Search Bar: Type a file name into the Search bar to quickly pull up matching results.
  • Sort By Dropdown: Arrange assets by Name or Date.
  • List View: Perfect for reading long file names and scanning large amounts of text data.
  • Grid View: Ideal for viewing large image and video thumbnails to identify visual assets quickly.
