What is Omneky?
Omneky is an AI-powered ad creative and performance platform that automates your advertising workflow. It integrates creative generation, insights, and launching tools into one interface.

How do I get started with Omneky?

  1. Connect Ad Accounts – Go to Insights > connect your ad accounts > provide admin access.

  2. Set Up Brand Page – In the Brand tab, enter your website to auto-generate a brand overview. Review, edit and add logos, fonts, brand book, brand rules, and default campaign settings.

  3. Upload Assets – Upload product assets, people assets, and other graphics and videos to your Asset Management Library.

  4. Generate Your First Brief – Let AI generate campaign concepts based on your brand data and optionally your connected ad accounts’ performance insights data.

  5. Review, Edit, and Launch Ads – Use the Editor and Brief tools to prepare and publish ads.

How do I invite team members?

  • Go to Settings > Brands & Users.
  • Assign each user as Admin (can manage settings) or Standard (view/edit only) roles.

What types of assets can I upload?
Supported formats include:

  • Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WEBP
  • Videos: MP4, MOV
  • Audio: MP3
  • Design files: PSD, PDF
  • Fonts: OTF, TTF, WOFF
