How it works

From a suggestion to your inbox, in three steps.

The schedule

Your days. Your time.

Set it the way you plan your week, in your own time zone. You see the next run before you save.

  • Any mix of days, from one to all seven.
  • A half-hour slot, or any time you type, like 9:15 AM.
  • Add a product, and its picture and name label the schedule.
  • The plan goes to the email you set. Yours is filled in.

Try it: pick the days.

Did it run?

Every run, on the record.

Each automation shows the health of its last run. Open it for the full history: every run, its status, and the email it sent.

Pending
No run yet, or one is waiting to start.
Running
A run is in progress. The page updates on its own.
Healthy
The last run succeeded.
Unhealthy
The last run failed. Open it to see why, and retry.

The history page also adds up emails sent, ads generated, reports included, and credits used.

From the agent

Or just ask the agent.

Tell the agent what to do and when. It shows you a schedule card to confirm, and the schedule shows up in Automations.

In the chat

Before it can be switched on

  • Run it once, or repeat it every 30 minutes, hourly, every 2, 6, or 12 hours, daily, or weekly.
  • It runs on the hour or the half hour, in your time zone.
  • Before you can switch it on, Omneky checks that it can run: the channels it needs, credits, and data.
  • Then a dry run. No ads launch and no budget is spent.

Stay in control

Pause it, run it, change it.

  • All
  • Active
  • Paused

Pause and resume

Each schedule has one switch. Turn it off to pause, and back on to resume.

Run now

No need to wait for the next slot. Confirm, and the run starts right away.

Edit any time

Change the days, the time, the product, or the email.

Suggested for you

Start from a suggestion.

Automations suggests four to start from. Marketing plan opens the form, ready to save. The other three start from an instruction you write or review, then schedule.

  • Marketing plan

Weekly campaigns, budget, and priorities, emailed on a schedule.

    Every Monday

  • Custom playbook

Describe the steps in your own words, review them, then schedule them.

    Every Monday

  • Pause ads that miss CPA

Each day, pause ad assets whose CPA is above your threshold over the lookback window.

    Every day

  • Raise budget on winning campaigns

When a campaign consistently hits its KPI, raise daily budget by a fixed step, up to a max, with a cooldown.

    Monday to Friday

Questions

Automations, answered.

What can I schedule?

A marketing plan: your campaigns, budget, and priorities, emailed on the days and at the time you pick. You can also ask the agent to schedule a task you describe.

When can it run?

On any days of the week, at any time you pick, in your time zone. A schedule the agent sets up can run once, or repeat every 30 minutes, hourly, every 2, 6, or 12 hours, daily, or weekly.

Where do the results go?

The marketing plan is emailed to the address you set. Every run is kept in Run history, where View email shows the email that was sent.

Does it use credits?

Yes. Each run shows the credits it used, and the history page adds them up. If you run out of credits, the run fails.

Can I pause it?

Yes. Switch a schedule off to pause it, and back on to resume. A schedule the agent sets up can only be switched on after its checks and a dry run pass.
