Do I need an OpenAI Ads account?

Which ads can run?

Square images. Crop other sizes, resize them with AI, or swap in a square ad. Videos can’t run on OpenAI Ads.

How do Conversions work?

Conversions bid toward a target cost per conversion and need an OpenAI Ads pixel on your site. You can create one during setup.

What are context hints?

Short descriptions of the conversations, topics, or keywords where your product is relevant. They guide matching; they aren’t exact-match targeting rules.

Can I change a campaign after it’s live?

On your own account, yes: pause or activate campaigns, ad groups, and ads, and change the campaign budget where OpenAI Ads supports it.
