About the Client

Another Side Tours, Inc. runs guided tours and experiences in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Diego. Each market has its own audience, seasonality, and offer, so the brand runs a separate Meta ad program for each city. Paid social is a core booking channel, with Google handling prospecting and Meta driving retargeting and conversion.

Tour and experiences company. Meta (Facebook and Instagram). May 2025 to October 2026. Video and static creative built and analyzed in Omneky.

The challenge

Selling an experience is harder than selling a product: there is nothing to hold, so the ad has to make people feel the tour before they book it. Another Side Tours needed a steady flow of fresh creative for three markets without a large in-house design team.

  • •Creative volume. Each city needed its own rotation of video and static ads to avoid fatigue.
  • •Knowing what works. The team needed to see which formats and messages actually drove bookings, not just clicks.
  • •Efficient spend. Budgets per market were modest, so every dollar had to go to creative that converted.

The solution

Another Side Tours connected its Meta accounts to Omneky in May 2025 and set up a brand for each market, so creative and performance could be managed city by city.

  1. Generate on-brand creative at scale. Omneky produced video and static ads for each market from the brand’s own assets, keeping a fresh rotation live without a large design team.
  2. Tag every ad by what it says and shows. Omneky’s creative analysis labeled each ad by format, persuasion tactic, hook, and visuals, so performance could be tied to specific creative choices.
  3. Double down on winners. With bookings broken down by creative, the team shifted budget toward the formats and messages that drove purchases and iterated on top performers.

The results

Across its two booking-focused accounts, Another Side Tours booked 261 tours through Meta, with both accounts returning more than $2.25 in bookings for every $1 spent.

Meta data, May 12, 2025 to October 19, 2026, as reported in Omneky.

The Las Vegas program played a different role: building awareness in a crowded market. It drove 58.3K clicks at a 5.5% click-through rate, with a cost per click three to four times lower than the booking accounts.

Efficiency peaks show what the creative could do when it landed. In November 2025 the San Diego account hit a 12.6x ROAS, and in April 2026 it hit 10.3x.

What worked

Video was the clear winner: on the San Diego account it returned 2.67x versus 2.08x for static images, 28% more revenue per dollar.

FormatROASShare of budgetShare of booking revenueTours booked
Video2.67x49%55%85
Static image2.08x51%45%105

Video also stopped the scroll, holding 19.3% of viewers past the first seconds. A single top-performing video drove a quarter of all attributed booking revenue on its own.

The message mattered as much as the format. Ads built on emotional appeal, the feeling of being on the tour, drove 33% of booking revenue, and social proof, reviews and happy guests, drove 24%. Scarcity-based ads drove none, a signal that tour buyers respond to experience and trust more than urgency.

Conclusion

Omneky has been a great partner for Another Side Tours. The team is responsive, collaborative, and always willing to test new ideas and make adjustments across our markets. I appreciate their ongoing support and the work they’re doing to help us improve our marketing.
